Allison Denehy

Allison is passionate about empowering her clients and teaches them a variety of new skills and strategies to reduce and often eliminate the challenges in their lives.  She helps each client become proficient in the techniques of EFT so that they  learn how to heal themselves of physical or emotional distress at any time during any situation.

Allison received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science in clinical and counseling psychology from Illinois State University.  After over a decade of working with children and adults, first as an elementary school teacher and later as a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Illinois, she began using EFT exclusively and found it to be much more effective than traditional therapy.  Allison later moved to San Diego to share her knowledge of Emotional FreedomTechniques (EFT) with southern California.  She received extensive training in Gold Standard EFT with Tina Craig through the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) and she is a proud member and Certified Practitioner with ACEP.
