Today's Helpful Hint: EFT is a remarkable tool but Mastery of EFT involves an art. A painter, for example, is just a painter if all s/he knows is confined to the tools of painting (i.e. colors, palettes, brushes and canvases). But when imagination, creativity and experience are blended with the tools then ... and only then ... do masterpieces evolve. By comparison, many people are satisfied with The EFT Basics. Good! They will help a lot of people. However, they are not artists and will be mystified on occasion when it appears that EFT "doesn't work." There are no shortcuts to Mastery. You either invest the necessary time and develop the "art of delivery" or you don't.

Today's Featured Article #2: NLP procedures enhance anyone's delivery of EFT: Dr. Alex Lees, from Canada, is a true expert at Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and provides a look at one of its many benefits (establishing rapport) with this article. I am a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP myself and hold a deep appreciation for its teachings. It has substantially enhanced my ability to deliver EFT. In fact, ANYONE that chooses to pursue NLP will become much better at not only delivering EFT but also in their everyday skills with people. And who couldn't use that? NLP! Highly recommended!

Alex has created a news series of workshops where he will teach people how to use specific NLP techniques when applying EFT, and the first workshop is on May 14th. Her client had nearly instant relief from an obsessive fear of AIDS and then chose to use EFT (successfully) on insomnia. These types of issues are often complex and don't always lend themselves to such rapid resolution. It's nice to know that some of them can be handled in moments.
