• The EFT Cooling Tower Technique for Letting off Steam: This anger management method by Angie Muccillo from Australia is a common sense approach to use for people who have reached their "boiling point." In her use of it with one client she says, "She started shaking and crying and literally steaming as she imagined what she would do to them if she could. After about 4 rounds she stopped, opened her eyes and with absolute amazement said, "It's stopped, it just stopped, it's gone," meaning her intense anger and feelings of vengeance. She was utterly surprised and stunned and of course very relieved."
  
  
• Tapping for the United Nations: Louise Kittel was motivated to use EFT for the problems of the United Nations. While she received some personal benefits from doing so, she also remarked, "What amazing transformations might take place globally if everyone who knew how to do EFT spent just a minute a day tapping to heal the world? "
  
  
• Borrowing Benefits while watching The EFT Course: One of the impressive benefits of EFT for many people is the ability to tap along with the numerous sessions on our DVDs. Even though the issue on the DVD may not be one of yours there are almost always parallels that lead you to important benefits. Chris Shaver experienced this phenomenon and details his findings and methods in this article.
  
  
• Surrogate EFT for two-year-old reduces fever in an hour: This article should get the attention of every parent. Andrea Ricks did EFT surrogately for her young son's fever and substantially accelerated the healing process.
  
  
• Migraine headache disappears after identifying core issue – and never returns: Properly applied, EFT's results with migraine headaches can only be described as stellar. This important case by Dr. Laura Maciuika adds to our growing list of successes with headaches ... and ... illustrates an important emotional approach.
  
  
• Try fork bending with EFT: We have a lot more mind power than we tend to realize and bending metal with the aid of our minds is but one example. Utahna Tassie taught this procedure to a group and found that more people were successful at it once EFT was used on their limiting beliefs. Worthy of note here is that children had less difficulty than adults. Hmmm. Maybe they have fewer limiting beliefs.
  
  
• Thoughts on mental tapping and reframing: Rich Kelley gives us some useful circumstances in which to do mental tapping ... and ... describes a unique method to reframe past events within his own self-applied EFT session.
  
  
• Using EFT for clearing clutter and organizing your life: If you live with more disorganized clutter in your life than you might like, then you should find Figen Genco's use of EFT of interest. Note how, near the end of her article, she unearthed a major emotional reason for a client not wanting to clean up her clutter.
  
  
• Being persistent with a headache pays off after many seeming failures: When EFT doesn't appear to work, it is almost never because it failed to do the job. Rather, it is frequently because we haven't found the real issue. Gratitude to Linda Wood of the UK for diligently taking us through her many attempts to help with a man's intense headache. Near the end of her well written article she says, "Lessons in all this for me were, Persistence! When a pain goes down then spikes back up, a new and bigger piece is trying to get our attention. When it stays there, it's saying, "You've not yet gotten to the piece!"
