Tips from the EFT Website

• Some EFT guidelines for working with children: EFT works very well with children, although there are unique ways to deliver EFT properly to these youngsters. Gratitude to Deirdre Brocklebank from Australia for providing some useful guidelines in this area.
  
  
• Surrogate EFT while in the dental chair - hygienist's eye pain relieved: Here's another example of a successful surrogate use of EFT. Carolyn Reuben mentally tapped for her dental hygienist's intense eye pain while the hygienist was working inside Carolyn's mouth. Note how she intuited appropriate issues for tapping.
  
  
• Surrogate EFT for snoring: Here's a useful example of EFT for an all too frequent problem -- snoring. After Irene Grozelle did surrogate EFT for snorers in a dorm type sleeping room, she finally got some sleep. She says, "I found that their snoring went from a loud roar ... to quiet grunts ... to silence. It was wonderful!"
  
  
• EFT relieves painful constipation: Utahna Tassie gives us yet another practical use of surrogate EFT. Note how she used whatever language occurred to her. This is a good example for those who wonder "what do I say?" It's easy, just say what occurs to you.
  
  
• Using EFT for a cocaine addiction: Here's an excellent example by Utahna Tassie regarding EFT's use for cravings ... even for something as addictive as cocaine.
  
  
• EFT to heal family relationships: It is so heartwarming to watch EFT collapse some old angers and hurts regarding family members. It is even more heartwarming to watch families knit back together when these unnecessary emotions are put to rest. This article by Dawn Murray shows how this can be done.
