Featured Article #1: Surrogate tapping clears severe diaper rash: Doug Miller's child is in the potty training stage and developed a severe rash as part of the process. Doug did surrogate EFT in behalf of his son and, while the related problems have yet to clear, the rash vanished. You can read the details in this article. Email Doug and Visit his website
Featured Article #2: Shoulder pain has its roots in unresolved emotion: Stick around EFT long enough and you will see that most of our aches and pains have emotional roots (even though it often appears otherwise). Nancy Privett provides proof of this once again as she addresses the emotional roots of a sore shoulder. Note how the core emotional issues show up in during the EFT process. This happens with great frequency. Email Nancy
Featured Article #3: EFT newcomer rids himself of social anxiety: Kathy Atkinson coached her client via email correspondence with a superb result. While this article is brief, please note how her client used a "strong voice" in applying EFT. This is form of saying the phrasing emphatically or yelling it ... a method I have advocated for years. Email Kathy and Visit her website
Featured Article #4: Severe ovary pain eliminated with EFT and exploratory surgery becomes unnecessary: Zoe Zimmerman gives us a detailed account of 3 sessions with a client who had severe ovarian pain (period related). Note how tapping on responsibility issues solved the problem. You might wish to pass this one on to your physician friends as it shows, once again, how properly applied EFT can help to avoid surgeries. Email Zoe and Visit her website
Tips from the EFT Website
- Cocaine addiction eliminated in one session: Serious addictions often take several EFT sessions to unravel the unresolved emotions that drive the habit. Sometimes, however, the emotional issues can be readily found and quickly collapsed. This was the case with Aileen Nobles' client. Note how Aileen gets to the core issue with her intuitive language.
- EFT helps adult learners overcome school and math anxiety: Nancy Hopp shows us how EFT can eliminate school anxieties and help former dropouts enhance their classroom skills. In doing so, she takes us step-by-step through a successful case. She says, "EFT can end years of suffering and bring back a sound educational setting for many."
- The role of self-punishment in Dis-ease: Steve Wells from Australia gives us his insights about how our diseases are often caused by self-punishment. He says, "How much illness results from us doing what we know to be "wrong" and then subsequently creating / experiencing an internal state of dis-ease about our own actions? How often does our dis-ease with our behavior become dis-ease in the physical sense? I think quite a lot."
- Using EFT with a Skeptic: Dr. Laura Maciuika lends her considerable EFT experience to help a skeptical client get beyond his doubts. There are many useful ideas here about how to work around a skeptic's objections.
- Using EFT with A Course in Miracles teachings: A Course In Miracles (ACIM) is my favorite spiritual source. While it does not represent a spiritual path for everyone, it has profound meanings for many. This article by Colleen Flanagan will be of particular use for avid ACIM students.
- Using "Automatic EFT" at an accident scene: In this brief article, Alan Cox from the UK shows how his "automatic use" of EFT calms down a driver in an auto accident.
- Back pain subsides and spine goes into alignment after 14 years of pain: We have endless stories regarding pain and "impossible healings." A thank you to Evelia Sanchez for giving us yet another. Note that the client was a newcomer to EFT and did it on herself. No help involved.
- EFT after a horrible nightmare – from scared to sleepy in 6 minutes: Wouldn't it be nice if nightmares could just be "tapped away" in minutes? Such is usually the case with EFT and Karin Tarte gives us an impressive example of this. She applies EFT to her daughter and says, "Gary, within 3 minutes she was sleeping soundly - and slept peacefully throughout the rest of the night. The entire EFT process took about 6 minutes."
- 84 year old woman recovers the use of her arm after muscles and ligaments were injured … her doctor was flabbergasted … and dismissive of the “weird protocol”: This recovery from a severe arm injury will get anyone's attention. A thank you to Allan D. Kruest, Sr. for submitting it. As his article progresses he says, "I proceeded with the second round of tapping, and upon asking her what was the pain now, she said it was gone. She then removed the sling, and whirled her arms about and was like a child that had a pain removed. Needless to say, I was then the one that was flabbergasted."
