Today's EFT Quote: "I must say, The free EFT manual has really blown our minds. It looks like the possibilities are endless, can't wait for the videos! Thank you so much for the opportunity to help ourselves, and others. My wife instructed her sister by phone (900 miles away) and I have never heard anyone so excited and thankful for what it did for her back and hips. Thank you again." Bob Hudon
Today's Helpful Hint: One way to demonstrate EFT to newcomers is to ask them to identify a physical ailment that they are experiencing currently. Typically, they will have a mild headache, back discomfort, breathing impairment, joint pain and so on. Just pick one of them and do 2 or 3 rounds of the Basic Recipe for it. It will usually improve or disappear.
