Today's EFT Quote: "I have found EFT helpful for a couple of health problems. First, I use it often for atrial fibrillation. It is not severe, but tapping can make it go away, even imagined tapping, when I am in a situation where I can't do tapping physically. The other problem is muscular cramps! The other night, I woke up in the middle of the night with a severe cramp in my calf from over-exercising. It was excruciating! But I started tapping immediately, and it was gone within 30 seconds!" Bill Atkinson

Listen in as Jo Hainsworth (from New Zealand) gives us a detailed trip through all the erroneous beliefs that caused her decades long problem. She says, "That afternoon, something incredible happened. It was like I was all of a sudden redefining my whole beliefs about food. I realised for the first time in my life that, despite my lifelong battle with dairy [and other foods], my body does not have a problem with food; it's the subconscious beliefs that cause the reaction, not the substance itself."

However, after Kaye zeroed in on anger issues with EFT, relief was finally obtained. Note how Kaye handled an issue that the client didn't want to express.
- Marcia Stanton reads an article on our website and collapses a severe allergic reaction.: Here's a good idea from Marcia Stanton that anyone can use. If you are having a problem, just read articles on our website about it and borrow the language and ideas contained therein. This simple concept can be highly effective.
- Another approach to the Movie Technique: Christel Preuss from Germany was having difficulty with our highly successful Tearless Trauma Technique and Movie Technique.
