- Imagination tapping on the finger points reduces stress level to zero: Here is a very creative (and persistent) use of EFT by Linda Lang that eventually brought a stubborn level of stress down to zero. Notice how she let her thoughts take her to the proper language.
- Touching story ends in breast cancer resolution: This engaging article by Deborah Miller from Mexico combines comfort and compassion with creativity as she assists her client with a cancer concern. This is a beautiful story that relates childhood issues to current day ailments. Many lessons here for everyone.
- Intense face pain fades for EFT professional -- an outside look made the difference: I worked with seasoned EFT'er Baerbel Froehlin on stage as part of our Mastering EFT program (now on DVD). As is often the case, it is difficult to find our own issues and thus it helps to have an outsider (me, in this case) take a look. She is now pain free and I think the road she took after our filmed session will be of interest to many.
- EFT resolves 12 years of postnatal depression: Deirdre Brocklebank, from Australia, steps us through the many steps of a successful resolution of postnatal depression (resulting from a stillborn birth).
- Using EFT successfully for "piano exam anxiety": This excellent article by Amanda Webster of Australia takes us step by step through the successful resolution of her teenage student's anxiety about taking a piano exam. The ideas involved here are universal for all forms of test anxiety.
- Curse words aid the clearing of emotional issues: Here's brief, but important, thought from seasoned EFT'er Ted Robinson. You may wish to use it when you are stuck on a stubborn issue. After giving a useful example he says, "While I'm not advocating the use of curse words just for the sake of outrageousness, they do have a very legitimate purpose sometimes and are very useful to access certain emotions that aren't otherwise available in a more sterile language environment."
- Nurse had a fear of taking blood samples: For a nurse, taking blood samples is usually a routine part of the job. However, one nurse found it very challenging and had developed a fear of the procedure. Fortunately, Louise Peyton from the UK applied EFT to this nurse and resolved the problem.
- Painful injury disappears overnight: Here's a useful example of an EFT delayed reaction. My thank you to Janet Berg for submitting it.
- Using EFT for bothersome noises: JoAnn SkyWatcher gives us a real live example of how to reduce the impact of intrusive noises on our peace of mind. Note the interesting ways she digs up core issues and gets to specific events.
