Featured Article #3: An experiment on how EFT statements affect our bodies: This article by Paula Shaw (with Sylvia Ross) draws from the discovery of Dr. Masauru Emoto that words affect the structure of water. She experiments with this idea by imprinting positive EFT statements on the inside of clothing to see if it affects our water-filled bodies (our bodies are over 70% water). Her interesting results are in this article. For more info on the imprinted shirts you can email Paula and Visit Paula's website You can also Visit Sylvia's website

Tips from the EFT Website
- Child's bug phobia eased quickly by EFT: Notice how Kathryn Eskola cleverly uses EFT and an injured fly to help her 3 year old daughter with a fear.
- Child's stage fright and bullying incident eased quickly by EFT: Wanna change a life? Just use EFT with children. By relieving important emotional issues at a young age you free the child to flower without these unnecessary limits. Don't you wish someone had done this with you?
- A clever approach to finding core memories: Listen in as Eros Biasiolo from Ireland shows us some insightful digging to bring up his client's age 1 buried memory.
- EFT and skillful metaphors for Rheumatoid Arthritis pain: Here are some innovative approaches to chronic pain by Sangeeta Bhagwat from India. These ideas should be useful for a wide variety of ailments.
- Tapping back your sense of taste when you have a cold or flu: Here's a common sense use of EFT by Steve DeSanto. Note how he uses the same process for his son.
- Magazine article highlights use of EFT for children: Northstar Family Matters Magazine published an article about using EFT and TappyBear (a toy bear with buttons on it representing the tapping points). It was written by Syandra Ingram, a school counselor for pre-teens.
- Some phobias have hidden roots -- like this fear of elevators: Ever try EFT on a phobia only to find that it is difficult to get rid of it completely? Al Viguerie shows us such a case and how he dug up the foundational cause.
- TappyBear helps client to focus: Some clients have a difficult time focusing on their core memories and prefer to flit around to other subjects. Such was the case with Joy Dolci's client until she handed the client her TappyBear (a stuffed bear with EFT tapping point buttons on it). Note, however, that any doll would have done the job. This is a good idea and well worth reading.
- Treating negative beliefs with EFT: Steve Wells, a seasoned EFT'er from Australia, has contributed many useful articles for our use. Here is yet another.
