Tips from the EFT Website
- Did a few minutes of EFT change this child's life?: This brief case by Marian Ryan (from England) may seem routine to the casual observer. After all, the "only thing" at issue was a scary monster on a TV cartoon. However, it is routine fears like these that accumulate into adulthood and become the foundation for many insecurities. Collapsing them as they happen can, indeed, change a child's life.
- Using EFT for shrinking moles, skin tags and seborrheic cysts – maybe even a cancerous growth: Here's a use for EFT that should have widespread application. Janet Berketa is one of those people with many skin blemishes that physicians seem unable to cure. With EFT and persistence, however, she managed to shrink most of them in a major way.
- Using EFT to prepare for a difficult encounter: Watch how Nancy Morris uses EFT to help her brother over a stressful situation. He needed to tell the lady he lives with that he is no longer happy with the situation and wants a change. Oh my! Can you feel the anxiety already? Many aspects come up, of course, all of which are appropriately handled by Nancy.
- EFT works for cellulitis on 3 separate occasions: In this article, Frances Songhurst from the UK uses EFT for her husband's cellulitis (a serious blood disease) and gets results well beyond what would normally be expected from medications.
- Challenging needle phobia is eliminated: A thank you to Margaret Munoz from Australia for giving us a detailed account of her use of EFT to collapse a very intense needle phobia. Notice the many aspects involved and how she gradually sneaks up on the problem. This is a quality article for professionals and lay people alike.
- EFT for conquering a stuttering problem: Stuttering usually has emotional roots and what better tool to eliminate them than EFT? Note how Summer Boone from Canada zeroes in on one of her client's high school experiences and eliminates both the stutter and feelings of depression.
- EFT for wisdom tooth pain--Success where pain killers failed: Eros Biasiolo from Ireland successfully eliminates pain for his client. Note that this case is both a "one minute wonder" and a "one tapping point wonder."
- Doing EFT for a newcomer without having to explain it: Sometimes it is best to do a very simplified version of EFT without trying to explain it. This was the case for Gene Monterastelli as he applied EFT for a 2nd grade school teacher. Note the gentle way he administered EFT and the shortcuts he used. He also gives 5 helpful insights that you should find useful.
- Future tapping to get what you want: Here's an interesting idea by Gene Monterastelli that many people can use.
