Featured Article #1: Tap even when you are in such pain that you don’t have any words:  Some injuries generate such intense pain that the EFT Setup phrases escape your thinking. That's OK because you are so obviously tuned into the problem that wording is usually not necessary. Annie Bathgate gives us a clear example of this in her brief article. Email Annie

Featured Article #2: Febrile convulsions and related panic attacks subside--not one attack in the two years since she learned to use EFT:  Barbara Paz from Israel tells this touching story about her daughter's severe attacks and how they were overcome by EFT. She says, "She experiences the feeling of the onset of an attack so seldom now, and if so she can get rid of it immediately. Naturally she has become a converted EFT'er and uses it for everything no matter who is around. As a result, she has transformed into a much calmer, more self confident and gracious person." Featured Article #3: The Stepping into Neutral Technique:  Here's an interesting idea from eaglemoon raes that is designed to help those with resistance to moving forward in life. Email eaglemoon and Visit her website

Featured Article #4: Claustrophobia has traumatic birth memory as its core issue:  Collapsing core issues can be vital to the proper resolution of many problems. Listen in as seasoned EFT'er Emma Roberts (from the UK) discovers and resolves such an issue for Cara, her client. Emma says, "I find it so interesting that the body can remember even when an experience is outside conscious memory. Birth can be a traumatic event for a baby even without the obvious trauma Cara experienced. The sudden shock of an extreme change of environment, and the possible loss of perceived safety of the womb may, in some babies, create energetic blocks which emerge later in life. Thankfully we now have EFT with which to easily release them!" Emma's upcoming workshops in London and Denver can be found at www.theeftcentre.com

Tips from the EFT Website

  • The "Gratitude for My Mistakes" method: Bonnie Weisberg gives us the details of her method for getting to core issues. Because of its potential power she gives some cautionary words and then says, "This process brings what is unconscious or subconscious into the conscious, where you can deal with it by applying EFT. "
  • All traces of a bee sting are eliminated with 5 minutes of tapping: Bee stings typically cause us misery for somewhere between a few hours and a few days. But, with EFT, Angela Treat Lyon reduced it down to 5 minutes. She gives you her step-by-step process in this article and includes other insights to boot.
  • Deborah Lindsey shares her opinion about three major fears and phobias: Phobias often vanish quickly with EFT, although in some cases sophisticated uses of EFT are necessary. To help with these more difficult cases, Deborah Lindsey shares her thoughts on how to get to the bottom line quickly.
  • Singing teacher sings EFT's praises: Andrea Fultz is a full time singing teacher in Germany who marvels at EFT's ability to help her students. She says, "As a full time singing teacher I am astounded about the results I get by combining voice exercises with EFT. It works great!" In this article she gives a detailed example of how she used EFT with an unusual voice problem.
  • A Carpal Tunnel "one minute wonder": Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is usually treated with everything from wrist braces to surgery. With EFT, however, it often vanishes in short order using nothing but a few taps. Carole Gledhill from England validates this by sharing this case wherein her client went from extreme pain down to nothing with one round of tapping. Note that she handles an important emotional issue first.
  • Using EFT to relieve a cold sore (Herpes HSV-1): Millions of people get those pesky cold sores that show up on the lips and take up to 2 weeks to heal. In most cases these outbreaks are due to oral Herpes, or HSV-1 and, up until now, there is very little that can be done about them. Margaret Boyer, however, discovered that persistent EFT dramatically improved the healing time to 3 days.
  • Using EFT for mother issues: Carna Zacharias-Miller specializes in emotional problems emanating from "mother issues." In this article she describes her methods for helping a client become much more comfortable with herself. Note that severe acne was one of the client's physical symptoms and, while that problem has not subsided (yet), she is far more comfortable about her appearance.
  • Using the Movie Technique in client’s first language helps shift freeway driving issue: Virginia McConnell was getting nowhere while using EFT for her client's specific driving event. Then she realized that the client only spoke Spanish at that time. By having the client speak in Spanish during the EFT session, the issue became greatly reduced. This is an interesting doorway that you might find useful with some clients.
  • Low Libido is not always as simple as it appears: Nancy Morris comes up with some excellent detective work to help her 64 year old client regain her bedroom spark. Note the excellent and humorous reframes she uses near the end.
