Launching our new Practitioner Listings: As previously announced, we are starting anew with the EFT Practitioner listings on our website. All listings have been removed and the door is now open for practitioners who meet our more rigorous requirements to re-list their practices. Please note that the referral fees have been temporarily waived and that both Certified and non-Certified practitioners are able to list. We expect this dual-listing to exist for about a year. After that, we will list only Certified practitioners. Review requirements and re-list your practice.
Those wishing to seek the help of an EFT Practitioner can view the listings here. Note that there are very few listings now but over the next few weeks many more should appear.

Featured Article #1: EFT and a miniature golf triumph--many uses for this article: Anne Presuel gives us an excellent example of how to use EFT on the spot for a performance issue. While upping your miniature golf game may not be high on your list, the ideas presented here are useful for most performance problems. Email Anne and Visit her website
Featured Article #2: Imaginary tapping sends grief away: Note how Jesus Alfredo Cruz-Perez from Mexico discovers a core aspect of his long standing grief. After finding it he does imaginary tapping and says, "I began at the eyebrow point, then the side of the eye, and when I got to the point under the eye my anxiety level was almost down to a 1. I felt it in my body, which was quite relaxed. I continued under the nose, under the lip, collarbone, under the arm, under the nipple. At the end of this "short-cut" round my whole body was so relaxed, and I was amazed!" Translated from the original Spanish by the author and Vera Malbaski, both members of the EFT Insights Spanish Edition
Featured Article #3: Roxy gets multiple "Bedroom O's" with EFT: Maiyah Olivas skillfully uses EFT to remove the bedroom inhibitions of a previously molested woman. She says,"She had a great 9 days with Ethan and he felt that I was a miracle worker - she was so uplifted and free in her own sexuality that SHE initiated lovemaking 3 times every day. He thought he'd died and gone to heaven." Email Maiyah and Visit her website
Featured Article #4: "Virtually irreparable” bone damage and pain improved with EFT -- doctor was surprised: Bring this one to the attention of your physicians. Note the persistence and skill of Frances Songhurst from the UK as she makes impressive progress with this seemingly impossible case. She notes this about her client's progress, "She telephoned me to say that she had been to see her orthopaedic specialist following another scan. He had been amazed to discover that contrary to his earlier diagnosis - just months before - the bone had started to fuse. His expectation had been that the soft tissue would still be healing but the bone would not be any different." Email Frances
Tips from the EFT Website
- Love, diligence and an eating disorder: Sonia Novinsky provides impressive examples for us in (1) persistence, (2) being a detective to find core issues and (3) addressing numerous aspects and tail enders. As you can tell from her message, English is not her first language. Usually I "clean up" messages like this so they can be more easily read by this English speaking audience.
- A successful but involved depression case--"I don't want to tell you how well I'm doing.": Dr. Carol Look has made several quality contributions to our education and it is no surprise that she would also contribute significantly to our understanding of EFT and depression. She unravels a many faceted case which includes client "homework" (highly recommended). You will also note some skepticism on the part of her client such that the client doesn't want to jinx the progress by admitting how well she is doing. This is a normal expectation when people experience something outside their belief systems (like EFT).
- Nancy Gnecco's cases--sleeping disorder, separation anxiety, school phobia, wetting pants, soiling pants.: In this article Nancy Gnecco shares with us her procedure for using EFT with families. Often children have struggles that are related to the issues of their parents, so applying EFT to the whole picture offers more comprehensive results.
- Dr. Carol Look's compulsive overeating and weight loss protocol.: Dr. Carol Look received many responses regarding her published (on this list) stop smoking procedure. A frequent request was for her parallel procedure for compulsive overeating and weight loss. She graciously describes it below. Please note Carol's focus on the underlying emotional drivers behind the behavior. Her protocol is quite flexible and contains many questions and exploration areas designed to expose the real villains behind addictive behaviors. Once the villains are in plain sight, then EFT can be appropriately applied.
- Dr. Patricia Carrington on depression--a detailed discussion, including meds.: Dr. Patricia Carrington has a wealth of expertise and experience to share. She is a treasure chest of ideas, warmth & wisdom and, as you will see in this detailed message, she has substantial experience with depression. She details her thoughts about different types of depression, the unique challenges they present and how best to handle them. While she uses EFT in most cases, she also provides thoughts on how one might work with the really difficult cases that require medication.
- Fear of the dark: Mary Stafford shares this story of a boy who was afraid of the dark for a very good reason. This issue could have been overlooked for decades if his foster mother hadn't noticed that he would never go outside to tend to his laundry at night. Thanks to her, and his work with Mary, he won't have to carry it around any longer.
- Bulimia in Brazil: Those of you who have been on this list for awhile will recall Sonia Novinsky, the Brazilian therapist who has contributed so elegantly to our understanding of how best to deliver these procedures.
- Was it really a manic/depressive disorder? Tapping for situational issues and assigning EFT Homework.: Kay Politano has an observation that she finds helpful in some cases where the client has been diagnosed with manic/depressive disorder. For our benefit, she describes a recent experience along these lines. Please note Kay's use of EFT to resolve several "situational issues" as well as her instruction to the client to do some "EFT homework" between sessions.
- School counselor on anger and tension: This article was written by a school counselor who discovered EFT at a conference for energy therapies, and had the opportunity to use it with four students. Her results are encouraging, especially when you consider the benefits of clearing intense emotional issues at such a early age.
