She says, "When he called me back, Alan was laughing and totally incredulous. He couldn't believe how good he was feeling. His breathing was great. He had completely left behind any feelings of the attack. Apparently he had run up and down the stairs several times to test himself." Email Christine and Visit her website
Featured Article #2: Grief changes to smiles: Among the many benefits of EFT is its ability to greatly enhance reframes (ways of seeing things differently). Follow how Aileen Nobles assists her grief stricken client to reframe the loss of her mother. Very well done. Email Aileen and Visit her website
Featured Article #3: From being "scared to death of math" to an A in Algebra for a 36 year old returning to school: Jennifer Todd gives us a good example of how to do EFT for yourself for a lifelong limit. She says, "Needless to say, I got a 90% on the final - only two people in the whole class got an A on the final and I was one of them! I ended up with an overall A in ALGEBRA and now I've moved on to Statistics and am doing great!! It is truly a miracle ... what did I ever do before tapping??"

Tips from the EFT Website
- The Alternate Phrase Technique--tapping on both sides of a conflict: Dr. Patricia Carrington offers an insightful innovation for our use. Her Alternate Phrase Technique adjusts the EFT Reminder Phrase in order to tap on both sides of a conflict which, in her considerable experience, has served to speed along, and deepen, client healing. She gives us a detailed account of the method as well as an interesting case history which illustrates the process.
- Wisdom from Bobbie Sandoz, MSW--relieving trauma at early ages.: As you will see, Bobbie Sandoz is very proficient and experienced in using these tapping techniques with children. We are privileged to have her share some of her insights with us.
- S-L-O-W EFT for self help on broad issues: Silvia Hartmann-Kent introduces a useful idea for addressing those broad, global issues that are usually loaded with numerous aspects. As she explains, "Here is a simple way to use the basic EFT protocol with a single small variation involving time to release a great many aspects, whether you are aware of what they might be, or not."
- Using movies to enhance and test our work: Silvia Hartmann-Kent (from the UK) brings us a quality idea for finding aspects, digging up core issues and testing our work. I've used this myself with great success. For example, I used the movie "Roots" to help an African-American man who had many slavery-type issues to release negative emotions that were limiting him in so many ways. There are countless examples and we thank Sylvia for her insights.
- An unsuccessful case regarding performance in English class: A thank you to Carole Kinsey who shares with us an unsuccessful case (to date) regarding behavior and performance in English class. As of this writing, Carole is relatively new to these procedures but discerns (I think correctly) that she has not yet discovered and addressed the core issue. I make comments at the end which I hope will be helpful.
- A journey through an important piece of our "newthink.": We are privileged to hear from Dr. Jane Holmes-Roughton. As you will see, Jane is a well studied therapist with insights that set her apart in this field. In her message, Jane takes us on a journey through an important piece of the "newthink" that goes hand in hand with our dramatic new healing procedures. In this case, she points to how buried, sensitive issues often bubble up to the top rather then remain in the recesses.
- How to convince an entire audience about EFT: Here is an excellent detailed description by Paul Cutright about how he effectively convinced an entire audience of 800 people about the power of EFT. This message is useful to both those making EFT presentations AND anyone interested in evidence for the wide reaching nature of EFT. I make some comments within Paul's important message.
- Tapping via typing--email sessions: There are many ways to conduct EFT sessions. Face-to-face is one method, of course, but it can also be done effectively in groups, over the phone and BY EMAIL. Deborah Mitnick has recent experience with using email and gives us some worthwhile tips to consider. Please note that Deborah conducts some important screening with her clients before using these methods. While many people can benefit through this technique, some are better served by face-to-face sessions.
- Car sickness: I've had some recent correspondence with Larry Stewart, D.C.H. that merits your attention. Larry is a newcomer to EFT (about two months) and has written up this useful experience regarding car sickness. My comments follow Larry's message.
