Featured Article #1: Try EFT on everything--even an oncoming fainting spell: This personal article by Marelon Bjorkaes from Canada shows, yet again, the versatility of EFT. Email Marelon and Visit her website
Featured Article #2: John’s student regains her sense of smell after 14 years: What is fascinating about this article by John Digby (from England) is that his client's returning sense of smell was a side benefit. EFT was used successfully for many other issues but never for her olfactory sense. Email John and Visit his website
Featured Article #3: Leg pain from accident disappears: Even without knowing the details of the accident, but by listening to Jorge's body and what it needed, Deborah Miller (from Mexico) was guided to help Jorge rid himself of the constant pain caused by an accident over 3 years ago. Notice Deborah's creative approaches. Email Deborahand Visit her website
Featured Article #4: Using EFT when a specific word triggers you: Jo Hainsworth from France found that the word "God" created unexplainable negative reactions within her. She used EFT to uncover and collapse the problem and says, "As I tapped, I felt overwhelmed with emotion, started crying, and felt so incredibly thankful for this amazing tool of EFT, which enables us to so easily erase false writing off our walls, and in doing so, connect closer to our true self." Note: The same principles used in this article can be used for any triggering word or phrase. Also, this article uses the terms "writing on your walls" and "tail enders." These are important terms in my on-line article The Palace of Possibilities. Email Jo and Visit her website

- Helping children sleep and socialize--AND--two lactose intolerance cases: In my recent correspondences I came across three interesting cases. Two of them are by newcomers to EFT (Patty Beach and Kristine Lotoski) and one is by experienced EFT'er Dr. Alex Lees. You should find them to be interesting additions to your education.
- Inside a successful schizophrenia case: For a year, Sonia Novinsky (from Sao Paulo, Brazil) worked with her schizophrenic client, "Jacqueline", on an almost daily basis. The result has been a first class success for this serious mental disorder...AND...it was done without the use of drugs or conventional means. As you will see, Jacqueline, now lives a normal life....free of her hallucinations, anorexia and other symptoms. As you will also see, EFT didn't do this alone...although it was a critical tool. It was EFT...PLUS...Sonia's skill, caring and rapport building that brought this welcome relief.
- Sports performance: from a slump to a championship: The sports world is begging for EFT...even though they don't yet know that it exists. Why? Because both professional sports team owners and their athletes know that performance is directly related to the athlete's "mental set." As a result, they pay big money to Sports Psychologists to, hopefully, keep that mental edge. EFT, of course, is much more efficient than the conventional techniques at collapsing mental blocks and, in time, it will be the main tool in the performance area. Along these lines Australian performance expert Steve Wells shares with us this behind the scenes look at an Australian athlete and her climb from a deep slump to a championship.
- Step-by-step through a many aspected migraine headache case: A big thank you to Maryam Webster for taking us step-by-step through a severe migraine headache case. She gives physical details, the language used and insights into uncovering the core issue. I augment Maryam's excellent article with comments of my own.
- EFT provides relief for both severe asthma and stress: It should be no surprise to asthma sufferers that asthma and stress often go hand-in-hand. In this article by Denise Adleman, EFT is applied to her step-mother and both issues gained impressive relief. As Denise reports, "Knowing that she carries more than her share of stress for everything, we used EFT to "chop down many of her stress trees" that night. She flew home the next morning with the tools on how to use EFT and promised to use it daily...and she has. She has not had an asthma attack since learning how to use EFT for herself."
- Chiropractor uses EFT on himself: Dr. Bill Gallagher, DC was in an unfortunate accident that resulted in headaches and many physical pains that lasted over 2 years. In his words, "After reading through the manual online I decided to give it a try. The first run through the sequence was of course to deal with the headache. Much to my surprise and even with fumbling trough it, after the first time I had about 50% relief. This of course led to trying to get rid of the rest of the headache and by the third run through, for the first time in two years, I had no headache."
- MD forgets inhaler during exercise class: Here is an excellent example of EFT working when the client has no belief in it whatsoever. In this case the client is an MD whose medical training is completely outside of EFT. Notice that, even though his asthma relief is swift, he "explains it away." This is a common phenomenon for most newcomers to EFT. It is just simply too far outside their belief systems (so far).
- Migraine gone in less than 10 minutes: EFT'er Lindsay Kenny tells us of two successful migraine headache cases ... one of them her own ... that were resolved in minutes. She also indicates success with carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff, burn and cut wounds, cramps, headaches, gas and bloating.
- Success for a migraine headache from an EFT Newcomer.: Migraine headaches are among humankind's most miserable maladies. Sufferers often can't work so they stay in bed and/or take strong medications until the migraine passes. Here is a message from Paul Lynch of the United Kingdom. It discusses his first effort at using EFT which happened to be on a migraine headache sufferer. Impressive success was obtained and the client was, of course, thrilled.
