Featured Article #1: Did 20 minutes of EFT straighten bones that had knitted improperly 50 years before?:  I have had many jaw-dropping EFT reports over the years but this one by Rebecca Snyder ranks near the top. She says, "Neither of us was prepared for what we saw.  Her knee had rotated almost completely forward, and her lower leg was perfectly straight!  We looked at each other with mouths agape, and she said, "Do you see what I think I see??"  I told her I saw a straight leg. Stunned, she said, "Yeah, that's what I see too!"  She then took a few steps, did a deep knee bend, raised the leg… and it stayed straight.  We both said, "That's impossible!".  Her x-rays showed that the knee had knit in that position, and she had been told that nothing, short of radical surgery, would straighten it out. Yet, after only 20 minutes of tapping, her leg was straight for the first time in over 50 years!"

Featured Article #2: First Aid EFT for a burn - and for feeling stupid about getting burned:  JoAnn SkyWatcher is one of many people to report on EFT's extraordinary use for first aid. I did a similar thing myself recently (touched a hot pan and burned my finger) and my results were as extraordinary as JoAnn's. Email JoAnn and Visit her website

Featured Article #3: Combining role playing with EFT for relationships and other issues:  Diane Holliday from the UK shows us how to use her method for relationships. Note that it also has wide ranging uses elsewhere. She says, "Working with a client we realise how closely connected we are; just energy and a mass of atoms. We have learned responses and instincts, we respond to stimuli, verbal, written and spoken but all of us feel. We are sensitive to feelings, ours and others, but in many cases and for an increasing number of people, these intuitive responses have been dulled. This short addition to EFT helps us return to this more caring and intuitive frame of mind." Email Diane and Visit her website

  • A New Moment in Science: This article by Christopher J. Hegarty, PhD, is a useful eye opener to give to any EFT newcomer.
  • Using EFT for racial prejudice: While on my morning jog I got to thinking about my recent articles on "Breasts, body parts and self image concerns" and....This led me quite naturally to the related subject of racial prejudice. At the core, I find no real difference between (1) judging one another based on our body parts and (2) judging one another based on the color of our skin or our ethnic background. Both type of judgments are "conditioned responses" (thank you Dr. Pavlov)...
  • Fear of entrapment and a useful way to uncover core issues: Debbie Herman gives us the details of a successful "fear of entrapment" case. She explains,"Here's a case of a woman with severe claustrophobia or "fear of entrapment" who, to my absolute amazement, needed only one session to completely knock out all the aspects. Since I had never worked with a phobia of this nature, I wasn't sure what the results would be."
  • Physical problems and persistence: I received this inquiry from a list Member about a lady with Multiple Sclerosis. Since it helps me emphasize the value of persistence, I thought I would share it (and my response) with you. Here it is....
  • Family effects: Debbie Scott shares her experience working with her daughter on several potential aspects before she uncovered the real culprit. At the end she shares this thought, "I find that tapping for children can be quite beneficial. Many of their decisions and perceptions of the world are based on how they feel. Adults function in the same basic way, however they tend to add logic to their decisions ".
  • Client with two phobias: Fear of mice and needles.: Dr. Carol Look gives us an inside look at sessions with her "two-phobia client." Please note that both phobias were addressed in the office and yet still produced quality results in the real situation. Sometimes an in-office session completely eliminates the phobic responses. When it doesn't, we can usually finish it off while the client is in the actual phobic circumstance.
