Featured Article #1: Mom uses EFT to help her fearful son ride a bike: Mary Spielman gives us a very practical use of EFT that anyone with "pre-bicycle children" will find useful. Note that, before this EFT session, Mary had tried unsuccessfully for 5 years to get her son to ride a bike. However, after a 45 minute session she says, "After 3 tries he was off and biking and asked if he could bike around the neighborhood by himself. This whole process took 45 minutes. This may seem like a minor issue but it was huge for a ten year old boy and his mom." Email Mary
Featured Article #2: Quick phobia work aims at specific events: Alina Frank's client had an usual phobia ... the fear of cooking and thereby poisoning someone. Note how one specific event and several other specific events were the core issues of this problem. Email Alina and Visit her website
Featured Article #3: EFT stops ultra heavy menstrual bleeding -- 4 month follow-up included: Would you like some evidence that unresolved emotional issues contribute to heavy menstrual cycles? Just read this article by Judy Whitcraft. She says, "...we also did specific work on the hurtful words/phrases that were said, releasing the attached emotion, bringing her level of intensity on all issues from 10 out of 10 to 0's. I called her two hours after our session to check on her, and she said the bleeding had decreased by 50%. She was relieved and grateful to her body for responding. I checked in the next day, and it had decreased another 25%, which left the bleeding at her normal heavy cycle." Email Judy and Visit her website

- A tapping tip to lighten the load: Marian Slaman offers this practical way to bring up issues for consistent tapping. She explains, "During those lulls when there doesn't seem to be anything to tap on, I have pulled out old journals, day timers and report cards (my son's) and have used them as a source of tap-able content..."
- Approaching Depression with the Tearless Trauma Technique: This letter from Jeanette Cozart should help open the EFT door for newcomers who have not yet graduated from curious to serious. "I was suddenly taken aback and gasped a deep breath realizing that I have healed it. My depression was gone! I am sorry Gary but the tears just started flooding and they are tears of joy because I no longer have to live in fear and watchfulness that the depression will return."
- Feeling woosy from Alcohol: Here's a tip from Maggie Adkins that will come in handy if you've had a bit too much to drink.
- Working together on vertigo: While EFT can usually be successfully self-applied, Mair Llewellyn (from the UK) emphasizes a case where working together provided additional insights. EFT newbie successfully surrogates for her dying plant: This one should get your attention, especially if you are skeptical about doing surrogate work. Her results went like this... " My plant did not immediately spring up and start dancing, but about 4 hours later I noticed that the roots were rising up and things looked greener. Coincidence? Hmmm ... well I left and came back the next day and holy cow! My plant was in fantastic shape..."
