Featured Article #1: Emergency EFT for a 16-year-old asthmatic: Beth Taylor came upon a 16 year old asthmatic gasping for air on the ground near her country home. She applied EFT to this emergency situation and says, "By the end of one round, she was no longer gasping and her breathing was about 50% improved - much to my relief! We did one more round, same as the first. I would guess her breathing was about 85% to 95% back to normal by then - she was no longer breathing hard and seemed much calmer." Please bring this first-aid use of EFT to your physicians' attention. Email Beth
Featured Article #2: EFT clears nausea - but not in the expected way: This article by Angela Seaman from Canada is short and to the point. EFT doesn't always take a direct route to healing. Sometimes people need to go through what many call a "healing crisis" first. Email Angela
Featured Article #3: EFT for a scaredy cat: JoAnn SkyWatcher's cat responds nicely to surrogate EFT. This simple idea has wide use for animals of all kinds. Email JoAnn and Visit her website

- A height phobia in Poland with a classic Apex response: Ann Adams took a trip to Poland recently to visit Michal, her Polish 'son'. During the visit, she addressed Michal's height phobia which, as it turns out, was not without its challenges. Because of his resistance, she altered the standard technique to suit his comfort level and got some great results anyway!
- MD introduces an innovative idea that brings relief for stubborn relationship issue: Curtis Steele MD, a psychiatrist in Canada, gives us this very clever method he used to help his client maintain an intimate and sustained relationship. Please note how the method uses a different form of surrogate tapping. This idea is useful for a wide variety of issues.
- Rapid relief from accident flashbacks: Ann Adams gives us the details (including several sets of Set Up language) behind a relatively simple case involving accident flashbacks. This is a common problem and thus Ann's message should help many clients.
- Severe Labor Pains: Giving birth at home: Dr. Brad Miller, DC skillfully helped his patient, Cherie, come through severe emotional issues and unusual labor pains while giving birth at home. Please note that there is a difference of opinion regarding EFT's use for pregnancy and a discussion on this issue can be found here
- To Lead or Not to Lead...: EFT Master, Dr. Tam Llewellyn of the United Kingdom, helps us with the fine points of properly delivering EFT (or, for that matter, any form of therapy). Clients react poorly when we try to "force" a new perspective on them. However, they react quite nicely when we gently bring these new ideas to their attention and skillfully move them in healthy directions. Tam's helpful ideas should help any dedicated EFT student.
- A non-therapist does superb work on depression--including her own.: Even though "Sarah" is not a professionally trained therapist she is, in my opinion, among the top 10% of the most effective healing practitioners in the world. She tells the story below of how she used EFT to overcome her own depression (and countless related issues) completely on her own. She then describes how she has applied it to others. You may want to read this more than once. It is filled with insight and offers several opportunities for me to make a few augmenting comments.
