In her words, "I periodically tapped for redness and inflammation and pain, which resulted in the redness and pain disappearing but for only a short while. Both symptoms would always come back. About the third day, I finally thought of how I could be more specific..."
- Testing claustrophobia results: Testing is always important because it provides feedback on how well we are doing. In my experience, most conventional emotional healing methods do NOT contain an adequate provision for testing. I've never understood why many in the healing professions prefer to tip toe around the issue rather than challenge their work with a head on test.
- It is your response that counts.: Caitlin Williams, M.Ed. had an intense personal issue and found herself resisting EFT even when she knew it would help. This phenomenon is reported with some frequency and Caitlin gives some insights in this article as to why.
- Sports anxiety, heat sensitivity, being away from home, loneliness, fear of insects. "Joanna" shares an inspirational account of how her children have made EFT a daily habit. As she says, "What has been most amazing to me is watching my now 10 year old son learn to identify his feelings with such clarity and to see his dedication to himself and his commitment to do his treatments every night."
