Featured Article #1: EFT for deep seated anger: Just about everyone experiences anger and, when active, it robs us of our personal peace. It can cause relationship challenges, diseases and a long list of other problems. Fortunately, EFT can effectively neutralize it and thus allow peace to replace the turmoil. Scout Wilkins shows us how she used EFT for herself in this regard. Email Scout and Visit her website
Featured Article #2: How long should the flu last?: We have many EFT reports wherein sore throats, sinus congestion and other flu-like symptoms subside much more quickly than normally expected. This report by Gayla Sanders also emphasizes this EFT feature and should impress anyone whose "flu experience" often sends them to bed for a few days. Show this to your physician as a non-drug approach to this problem. Email Gayla and Visit her website
Featured Article #3: EFT for the Soul - global versus specific approaches: Avril van Rooyen from South Africa takes a very global approach to feeling better about her shattered soul. While this brings her some temporary peace, it also allows me to make this helpful comment within her article... "GC COMMENT: Avril is right. These uses of EFT do not get to core issues and are very global in their approach. They can have soothing effects...at least temporarily. However, aiming EFT at the specific events underlying this shattering feeling is usually more efficient, deeper and longer lasting." Email Avril

- A Fears & Phobias Case History File: In this case, Betty Moore-Hafter uses patience and persistence to handle an intense phobia by addressing each of the contributing events with EFT. Betty explains, "The chances of seeing a snake were great. But Peyton's fear of snakes was so severe that she anticipated having a panic attack, getting physically ill and even having to fly home. She didn't think she could go through with the trip unless her phobic reaction could be changed."
- Using EFT for child birthing fears: The child birthing process carries with it many fears: Will it be painful?, Will my baby be OK?, Will I need surgery? And so on. This emotional unrest helps neither baby nor mother and thus using EFT along the way can bring major benefits. In this case by Aileen Nobles we find numerous examples of tapping issues and methods for these circumstances. You should find it to be a good checklist when your time comes ...
- A one minute wonder by a physical therapist brings dramatic relief to intense pain: Burton Moon, a physical therapist in Michigan, brings us this reminder of EFT's use with very intense pain. As he says, "I'm a physical therapist working at [a] Hospital in Michigan in what is called acute care. Most of the people that I'm asked to see are in a great deal of distress and pain. The case I am reporting was a very dramatic one minute wonder."
- Using EFT to dramatically shorten injury recovery time: John Ford gives us this EFT example where his inexperienced client applies EFT to himself for a sprained ankle. His recovery is almost immediate instead of the week or two that one would normally expect. This may seem somewhat routine to experienced EFT'ers but let me pound the table here and mega-emphasize the importance of this to sports teams. To have even a few of their numerous sports injuries make such dramatic turnarounds is worth a small fortune.
- Using EFT to better enjoy certain foods and expand sensory experience: Here is a useful article by Andi Whitaker to help us enhance our everyday experiences. Note that while Andi focuses on olives, classical music and stereograms, the idea is good for a wide variety of experiences. Use your imagination.
- The Merits of Daily Tapping: Jarrod Bailey from Australia gives us this brief look at what consistent, daily tapping can produce in the way of benefits.
