Today's EFT Quote: "In the last 3 weeks since my eyes cleared using EFT as a rank beginner and getting perfect results the first time, I have gotten about 15 people to download the The EFT Manual, cleared my mother of a "10" headache over the phone, and only have a few of your DVDs left to watch before going over the whole pile of them again. All the while I am tapping on myself and getting lighter and happier. This stuff has me so excited I can hardly stand it!" Sally Shallenberg

Featured Article #1: EFT for a child’s fear of flying: Is your child afraid of flying? Read this article by Sandra Lewis from Canada to get a solid idea of EFT's effectiveness for this challenge. Sandra says, "We proceeded to investigate what it was about planes that scared Anna. She told me she didn't trust the pilots. So we tapped on that. She was worried about the noise on takeoff because a friend had told her it was very noisy. We tapped for that. We tapped for her fear of being trapped in a crowded plane, or between people." - A blind man's "romantic problem": Two things are important to recognize in this article by Dr. Tam Llewellyn-Edwards of the UK. First, that EFT can be applied to people with disabilities including blindness, mental retardation, quadriplegics and just about any disability you can name. Second, that there are often bigger issues behind the client's original complaint.
- Bringing peace to a cringing kitten: Here's a case for your "Try EFT on Everything" file. Penny Swann took in an abused kitten who cringed every time someone raised their hand to pet her head. Although she could have tapped directly on the kitten, she chose to hold the kitten and tap herself surrogately. Success.
- Using EFT Immediately after an accident: Here's a case by Mara Protas, RN illustrating EFT's important use right after an accident. Not everyone thinks to do EFT under such circumstances but, when you do, the benefits can be substantial. In her words, "A few minutes of tapping saved me lost work hours and lots of medical bills. I love EFT!"
- First class result on a heroin addiction: Let experienced EFT'er Aileen Nobles take you through the details of unraveling her client's 6 year heroin addiction in 4 sessions. Please note her many creative approaches, including how she uses a light switch metaphor as a means to test how well things are going. Also note that first class results like this are rare with conventional treatments. A success like this one, however, does not always mean that the job is over ...
- When conflicting beliefs keep us stuck: It is common for us to have conflicting beliefs about what is good/bad, or what is true/false or what is right/wrong. These beliefs tend to keep us stuck because they compete with each other. Manuela Csikor from Germany describes this dilemma and then I make some augmenting comments that you may find helpful.
- 13 year old boy gets relief from uncontrollable twitching: Listen in as seasoned EFT'er Baerbel Froehlin uses EFT and hypnosis to dramatically reduce a young boy's severe twitching problem. Note her use of rapport and creative approaches.
