New EFT for Back Pain Book:  I am writing a series of books that apply EFT for various specific conditions. The first, EFT for PTSD, became available in January, and has received excellent reviews. This week, EFT for Back Pain becomes available at Barnes and Nobles stores.  Please consider helping me underline the importance of EFT to the book world by picking up a copy of EFT for Back Pain at your local Barnes  and Nobles store, and giving it to someone who suffers from back pain. Thanks, Gary.

  • Using EFT for on-the-spot "hopping mad" anger: Here's a very practical use for EFT during intense, anger filled situations. Angela Treat Lyon takes us step by step through such a case with an livid lady. As Angela explains, "It was more important to defuse the intensity before she imploded and hurt herself, so I just followed her lead. We got results that pleased her and worked for her and her mind/body."
  • Finding out what really caused a food craving: Here's a brief idea from Deborah Miller PhD that brings about big results for stubborn food cravings. In her words, "...she stated that her husband was sometimes hard with her and she wished he'd be softer. From that moment on her craving level for the bread dropped to nothing."Notice how her approach involves common sense questions.
  • A grief case with many aspects: Grief is among the most prevalent emotional disturbances known and most of us experience it at least once in our lives. If we are going to do a thorough job with grief, we must search for its underlying pieces and neutralize them with EFT. Mair Llewellyn of the UK professionally exhibits this skill in her article. Please note how she handles the many aspects of grief that show up in this case.
  • A common sense procedure for getting EFT results: This case should be especially useful for newcomers because it gives a simple path for applying EFT to many, many issues. This simple process resulted in freedom from her fear.
