A common sense procedure for getting EFT results: This case should be especially useful for newcomers because it gives a simple path for applying EFT to many, many issues. Pamela Bird, from Australia, had a fear of placing her face underwater and, to discern the various issues involved, she did nothing more than notice how she felt after each round of tapping. This simple process resulted in freedom from her fear.
