- Intense childhood anger reduces to peace via mother's surrogate EFT: Kassandra Murray's son had seen many child psychologists for intense anger issues. Nonetheless, his fits of anger continued to result in self-inflicted pain. Kassandra tapped on herself in behalf of her son (surrogate EFT) and noticed striking benefits. Check out the hologram metaphor she uses for her surrogate work.
- Successful surrogate EFT for an Ironman Triathlete: Kassandra Murray is a personal performance coach who uses EFT surrogately to help an Ironman Triathlete in Venezuela with his training procrastination. Note his list of barriers. She also helps him with a recent injury while chatting over MSN, and describes her results like this,"After doing rounds of EFT on the ... barriers, he noticed he felt calm about his training and had no more anxiety. He had more energy for training and he was not procrastinating."
- Relieving menstrual pain: "My uterus was depressed": Araceli Uribe had 6 years of intense menstrual pain which finally went away with persistent use of EFT. Notice the many approaches she used. As she closes her article, she says, "...this healing has changed my life...My female energy is more present in my life. I feel wonderful when I have my period now. I see it as a blessing from Mother nature and not a curse as I felt it before."
- Email correspondence on a serious childhood abuse case: Previously, Marilynn Poore has graciously shared with us her efforts to overcome her severe childhood abuse. She worked with Rehana Webster on these issues and has since had ongoing email correspondence with her. This article by Rehana shows this actual correspondence and displays some important aspects for Marilynn's progress. Abuse survivors and trauma specialists should find this helpful. - Daily EFT creates calm under explosive family circumstances: On many occasions we have extolled the virtues of consistent tapping. Doing so has produced both physical and emotional benefits. Here is another important example of this by Dawn Norton wherein she remained completely calm under explosive family circumstances.
- Using EFT to Create Positive Change: Moving Beyond the Remedial Level: Spend some time with this excellent article by Steve Wells from Australia. Most people use EFT to eliminate negative barriers but very few use it to guide positive change and make dreams come true. Steve gives a first class example of how to do this with a client who had initially come to Steve with a public speaking fear. It is one thing to get rid of the fear but it is quite another to turn that client into an enthusiastic public speaker. Both can be done with skillful uses of EFT.
