Featured Article #1: EFT heals a broken heart in rapid time: "Love pain" can be a heavy, even debilitating, emotional drain. Such was the case with Amit Singh's (from India) client. After EFT, however, Amit says, "His dramatic shift, however, surprised me ever so happily. He was saying how, if this release had not happened, he might have wasted years in mourning the loss!" Does EFT always work this fast?. No! But it does so often enough to get the attention of any skeptic. Email Amit
Featured Article #2: Lifetime of pain eliminated after finding core issue: Finding core issues is critical if you are to expand your EFT skills to the highest levels. To find them, you sometimes have to be a diligent detective. At other times, you just need to pay attention as core issues show up out of nowhere. This latter circumstance is well detailed in Diane Dalton's personal experience. Study it well because this phenomenon can point you toward better EFT skills. Email Diane and Visit her website
Featured Article #3: Untangling two events with EFT leads to business freedom: Here's an interesting case by Suzanne Lerner. Note how two negative experiences (specific events) combined to cause her client to have business difficulties. After applying EFT, Suzanne says, "Lois now understood rationally how those 2 events had become associated. However, even more importantly, her emotional limbic system now had deactivated the associations between those 2 painful events." Email Suzanne and Visit her website

Nonetheless, Gerry and his wife used EFT in the Emergency Room and resolved the problem. This borders on a medical impossibility. Note the various approaches used. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

- Arthritic Knee Pain Relief from EFT despite an official Medical Diagnosis: Much has been written about the "power of the Dr's white coat" to establish beliefs within patients about the impossibilities of relief. CJ Puotinen, recognized this phenomenon and successfully incorporated it within EFT for a lady's arthritic knee pain that "won't ever get better." Note the use of surrogate tapping from the audience. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
- Getting to important emotions by doing EFT while looking in the mirror: Sometimes a client will have difficulty accessing important emotions and that, of course, can dilute EFT's usefulness. Lenore Watts from Australia recognized this issue with a few of her clients and generated success by tapping on them while they looked in the mirror. She gives the details in this article. Very useful idea.
- Resolving issues for a frantic, hysterical baby: Lenore Watts from Australia brings much needed relief to a kicking, screaming baby. The parents, of course, are delighted. As Lenore explains it,"I showed her the points and I explained to her that by tapping on the baby and myself at the same time he was able to process his rage ... and I was able to stay calm and centered while he did."
