Some Clarifying Thoughts on the EFT Open Hand Policy: There has been some confusion regarding our recent Open Hand Policy and so I spent about two hours with Betty Moore-Hafter and Jade Barbee in an effort to understand the issues.  The result is this email that they sent out to their colleagues.  It should clarify many things.  More clarification to come.  My apologies for any misunderstandings. She wrote to me,"I just pitched a story to a radio program featuring a discussion on synchronicity and it occurred to me that this might be a good article to share with the EFT community too." Featured Article #2: A useful way to find core issues:  Our website features numerous ways to discover core issues. • How to Get Into Businesses and Organizations By Getting Welcomed Through the Back Door: Ron Ball is an experienced EFT'er with a substantial business background. As such he "knows the ropes" in the business world and offers this idea for getting in the door."Businesses are starting to wake up to the negative impact stress overload has on their employees and their bottom-line profitability. This creates an excellent opportunity for EFT practitioners to open corporate doors. Stress overload and burnout is potentially a strong market."
  • Hearing voices and multiple issues relieved: "One session of EFT does more for me than years of [conventional] therapy ever could.": Aileen Nobles' client had many anxieties and heard voices (primarily that of her critical mother). This, of course, severely limits one's life. Learn how Aileen achieves success in this case.
  • EFT on an inanimate object: The car that wouldn't start: I know. I know. EFT is hard enough to believe so why get into this impossible "EFT on inanimate objects" thing? I do so because the reports keep coming. It is either nonsense or yet another untapped use for EFT. You decide.
  • A successful bedwetting case: Dorothy Goudie from New Zealand was well coached in EFT by Rehana Webster. As a result she was able to get to some core anxiety issues for an 8 year old girl and resolve her bedwetting problem. Notice how EFT was not aimed directly at the bedwetting problem and how more aspects eventually showed up.
  • Ten year old boy uses EFT to rid his friend of a dog phobia: I've often said that the mechanics of EFT are so simple that a 12 year old child could use it to get better results than a conventionally trained talk therapist. Does any seasoned EFT therapist out there disagree with me? In this case Carl Dourish's 10 year old son handily collapses his friend's dog phobia in a few minutes. Conventional talk therapy may take months or years and still may not get satisfactory results.
  • A detailed EFT oriented session via email for a client with serious issues: Nancy Porter-Steele from Canada provides this detailed account of her client's progress and their email sessions. Note that Nancy is a seasoned professional and is well trained for this sort of process. This should not be tried for such serious issues by Newcomers to this arena. For the professional, however, there is much to learn here.
