Featured Article #1: Michal describes what it is like to be free from an eating disorder: Unlike many of our other EFT articles, this story by Michal Zohar from Israel is not meant to be instructional. Rather, it is meant for those with eating disorders so they can learn what is possible with EFT. Michal says,"It is possible, for everyone. It is possible to be truly free." Please consult physicians on all medical issues. Email Michal
Featured Article #2: Successful EFT for the pain after knee surgery: Karen Hanys gives us a very practical use of EFT for pain. She says, "Following the surgery, on day 7, I introduced EFT. The patient was being given pain medication approximately every 4 hours. However, the nurses were often as late as an hour giving the medication. By that time, the pain was at a 7 and the fear of the pain was at an 8. After 6 rounds, the patient was at a 0." Please consult physicians on all medical issues. Email Karen
Featured Article #3: "Six months later she has paid off her debt and is still credit card free": Read this article by Moira McFadyen from Scotland for EFT hints about eliminating credit card debt. This is an interesting use of EFT and was successful even though the approach was somewhat global. While reading Moira's quality article, see if you can pick out areas where addressing specific events may have generated even deeper results. Email Moira

- A good example of EFT's Generalization Effect with the fear of flying: Sometimes we can use EFT on one or two core issues and the result generalizes over related problems. It is a delightful outcome and is well illustrated in this example by Z. H. Galina.
- Did EFT or Antibiotics help this little boy?: Here is an impressive healing brought to us by Shoshana Garfield of the UK. The physicians, who knew nothing of EFT, thought it was due to antibiotics. Shoshana and the little boy's mother thought it was EFT. You decide.
- Using EFT to say Good-Bye to a dying person: When we are REALLY tuned in to what is happening in our EFT sessions, we are able to recognize that the healing goes both ways. Such is the case in this touching example by Sarajane Thomas.
- Using EFT for Colic and generally happy babies: One of the most important things we can do is condition our children to tap consistently as they grow up. This will serve to neutralize all the negative stuff they accumulate over the years and result in a much freer adult. Dianne Peck gives us some motivation in this regard and takes care of Colic in the process. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
- EFT improves a mentally disabled young man: This is a glowing testimonial for Surrogate EFT (tapping on behalf of someone else) AND the general notion of "Try it on Everything!" Many thanks to Libby Lervik for submitting it.
