Thought for the Day: "To wear your heart on your sleeve isn't a very good plan. You should wear it inside, where it functions best." Margaret Thatcher

Today's Helpful Hint: When using EFT for performance enhancement consider applying it at two levels: (1) The barriers to specific performance (e.g. golf putting, basketball free throw percentage) and (2) the overall performance level (e.g. total golf score, total points scored per basketball game). This latter performance level is critical and it involves shifting one's "comfort zone." Possible EFT language for this might be, "Even though I seem stuck shooting in the mid-80's and "don't belong" in the high 70's...." OR "Even though I only average 18 points per game and am "not good enough" to average 25...." Also, aiming EFT at specific events underlying these problems can produce greater benefits.
