EFT Community Thoughts

WANTED: EFT Research ANGELS!: Spreading EFT's benefits throughout the world is our highest priority. However, to do this we MUST perform the scientific research necessary to open the big doors of the military, corporations, hospitals, schools, prisons, etc. This requires loads of research dollars.

We now have 16 new scientific studies published or in process. This work has been done by Dawson Church and dedicated EFT volunteers, with minimal funds. Now we need ANGELS to take EFT research to the next level and, to do it right, we need to raise several million dollars. For the short run, however, we need $175,000 to complete our existing projects. While all donations are helpful, we are looking for donors of $50,000 or more. Where else could your charitable dollars bring greater benefits to the world? Your tax deductible donations can be made at http://soulmedicineinstitute.org/researcheft.html. You can also call Deb Tribbey or Dawson Church at 1-707 237 6951.

EFT Certification Thoughts

"The Study Guide was very helpful, not only for making the exam process easier, but also for guiding the practitioner through studying the material and gaining the most from it. I only wish I had this in my hands a few years ago, when I started learning EFT; it would save me from some mistakes I've made and would help me be much more efficient." Ypatios Varelas (from Greece)

Featured Article #1: Getting beyond a 30 year fear of needles in 15 minutes:  Masha Bennett from the UK says, "This is an article about my recent case with a phobia of needles - I thought it was a good example, especially for beginners, as it shows a few distinct aspects, has a specific memory involved, has a slightly unusual twist of an image from "past life", includes feedback from the client testing the results in real life and demonstrates how even a long-term (30 years) problem can be cleared within a brief 15 minute session." Featured Article #2: Demonstrating EFT to a mental health support team:  Gillian Wightman from Scotland provides many useful ways to effectively present EFT to a new group. Many will find this very useful. Email Gillian and Visit her website

Featured Article #3: Gwyneth Moss's Imagineering Technique for Endometriosis:  Read how Gwyneth Moss from the UK uses her client's imagination to apply EFT to a physical condition that has no immediate symptom. Serious EFT students should find this very useful. Gwyneth says, "I take her exact words and put them into EFT. There is no discussion or interpretation of the imagery - that would be like interrogating the go-between. As the practitioner I do not introduce anything, I just keep the process going, letting her manage the content and we simply let the tapping do the work." New EFT Introduction Video

The EFT Course includes many live examples of EFT at work. One of those involves Connie who has chronic back pain. The first thing we need to deal with, however, is her anxiety for being in front of the audience. This becomes a "two for one" demonstration. First, you will watch her posture shift into relaxation as we tap for her anxiety. It takes a few rounds but she is soon ready to proceed. Using EFT for her back pain also took some persistence and you will watch the gentle manner in which we test the result. As she looks for the pain she says, "Well, I can't seem to find it."More Details
