Thought for the Day: "A man is rich in proportion to the number of things he can let alone." Henry David Thoreau
Today's DVD Quote: "I love all of your DVDs! I have watched them all numerous times. Thanks for creating them. I use the Borrowing Benefits (even though I've been tapping for years) when I'm feeling lazy or don't want to tap alone." Suellen Lohr
Today's Helpful Hint: A useful way to test your EFT work is to have the client watch a movie that contains scenes regarding their issue. Thus a snake phobic could watch the snake scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark and a war trauma victim could watch Saving Private Ryan or the war scenes in Forrest Gump. If the client has intensity during any of these scenes, then stop the movie and tap on that aspect until the intensity falls to zero. Don't use this idea unless you believe you have already substantially relieved the issue. It should be a way to "finish up the stray pieces" on a problem you have largely collapsed with EFT.

- Miranda Sterling discusses "It" and "Emotional Allergies": Here's an insightful discussion by an EFT'er who tells me, "You advise people to tap for specific things that have caused their emotions, and I think that is valuable advice, and I have done it. But for some of us, there is just so much, and so much of it has been forgotten..." She spends years searching for a way to address these issues and gives us the benefit of her findings.
- "EFT helped save my Goldfish": This story by Klee Darrow is both entertaining and instructional. My daughter, Tina, read it and said, "It's hard to tell whether EFT was the changing factor for this fish, but I really loved this story. Especially the part about the "fishy poop". I don't think I have ever felt so much for a fish I never met."
- Pain from a fractured tooth disappears - Did EFT heal the fracture?: This experience by Mihir Karia echos many out-of-the-ordinary healings on this website. I've had a similar dental recovery myself. Please consult dentists on issues like this.
- Addressing relationship and family issues by tapping on photographs: Marie Holiday from Spain shows how she uses photographs in the EFT process to help quickly resolve important issues.
- Psychiatrist gets to the real reason his patient couldn't say "NO": Many people have difficulty saying "NO" but the reasons for it are quite diverse. Accordingly, just using EFT for "Even though I can't say no..." is not nearly as likely to generate results as aiming at the true reason(s). Listen in as Curtis Steele, MD uses his detective skills to achieve success in this area.
- How Dawn Norton used EFT to collapse her own "horror" issue: Although prudence requires that I advise people to get professional help for intense issues, I must give kudos to Dawn Norton for the way in which she handled this major issue on her own.
