Today's EFT Quote: "EFT has changed my life as I no longer have the fear of an impending panic attack. I came across your 'emofree' web site when browsing the net looking for help for panic attacks. It was one of the luckiest days of my life, I have had nearly a year free of them, I can't begin to tell you how wonderful that feels. I purchased your videos (what a bargain purchase) and armed with those and a downloaded instruction manual I haven't looked back." Marley Allin

Caryl says, "I carried on at intervals until the tow truck arrived but felt strangely calm and clear. During the next few days I expected to feel and see some really serious bruising from the intense force of the airbag - but nothing at all! No damage and no bruising. It was incredible considering some people have had ribs broken in this way." Please consult physicians on all medical issues. Email Caryl

- Helping a young girl ride her bike: Here is a delightful, and useful, case by Malcolm Ruddock of the UK. He helps a young girl ride a bike without her stabilizers and says near the end of his article, "We did one more round of short EFT and she laughed and rode, wobbling at first. Then she went straight, like a little rocket, along the muddy path in the grass, for about 30 yards to the end."
- Some ideas about EFT for horses: LaVaughn Hengst from Germany prefers to tap physically on horses rather than do it surrogately. LaVaughn says, "Even though some people who can talk to animals and read their minds have wonderful successes with this [surrogate] process, most of us just can't connect. Also, in this day and age, it's pretty hard convincing people that they should tap on themselves and their horse will magically stop biting, kicking, rearing, bucking and/or throwing them out of the saddle."
- Successful surrogate EFT for a choking horse: Diane Mathews' horse had a serious choking problem for which she tapped surrogately. It was successfully resolved which prompted her to say, "It was only after I got home, and did some more research, that I realized how serious (and expensive) a problem this could have been! From his behavior it might as well never have happened." Please consult veterinarians on cases like this.
