Featured Article #1: Kidney stones passed with ease - 3 hours instead of 3 days: Be sure to give this article by MaryEllen Delancy-Johnson to your physicians. They should be astonished at what is possible with EFT. MaryEllen says, "He had passed fifteen of them [kidney stones] over the past eleven years so he knew from experience that he would be out of commission for about three days .... This occurred almost 3 years ago. We then addressed various emotional issues that may have been the underlying cause and he has not had a kidney stone incident since. In the meantime I have used this method to pass gallstones." Please consult physicians on all medical issues. Email MaryEllen
Featured Article #2: EFT for anger helps both Ann and her angry husband--note the surrogate approach: Anne McKinley gives us two practical anger cases where EFT saved the day. She says, "As my husband was ranting (I sensed about a 9 out of 10 level), I imagined I was tapping on him. I did not use any set up statements, just jumped right in with the mental tapping..." Featured Article #3: EFT successfully collapses childhood beliefs about food -- client stops overeating: How often do our current eating habits reflect beliefs that were given to us as children? Do we "clean out plate", "always eat 3 meals per day", etc. in obeyance to echoes of our parents demands? Kate Beeders uses EFT to bring some of these limiting beliefs to the surface for her client. Nice job. Email Kate and Visit her website

- Overcoming a lifelong fruit revulsion and some side benefits: Sejual Shah from the UK applies EFT to Andy's major distaste for fruit. Note how she discerned a core issue through some quality detective work but discovered that she didn't need it after all. The whole problem disappeared in a few minutes with one round of general tapping. Several side benefits too.
- Thoughts on an emergency tapping point: William Cribb from the UK brings up the need for a tapping point to use in situations when we are welled up with emotion and want to calm down in a hurry. While he describes a particular point for this purpose (and gives his theory behind it) you can also use the "your point" process discussed in The EFT Course. This latter method has you pick an EFT point that seems particularly powerful for you. I've found it very helpful over the years and have used it many times. Experiment with William's point as well and see what works best for you.
- Tapping on one's self talk--a great idea for collapsing our "inner critic": Angie Ross from the UK came across this marvelous idea and shares her personal experience with it. Try this with yourself and clients.
- Back pain (Scoliosis and Spinal Bifida) disappears after a core issue is uncovered: Linda Thompson from Nova Scotia skillfully applies EFT to a young girl for severe back pain. The success was amplified when it was discovered that the young girl had a "boy friend issue." Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
- EFT student uses tapping to immediately calm down after a major car accident: Rajan Ramchandani from Singapore taught Tanisia Mooney how to do EFT and, shortly thereafter, Tanisia was involved in a major car accident. In her letter she describes her panic and emotional difficulties (she was not physically injured) and how she achieved impressive calm with EFT. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
- How to apply EFT when there are no clear, specific memories to tap on: Listen in as Stefan Gonick makes distinctions between capital "T" traumas and a small "t" traumas. He explains these concepts and properly points out that accumulated "t" traumas can be more difficult to treat than "T" traumas. Treating them is certainly do-able, however, and Stefan shows us how.
