- 9+ ways to increase your success with EFT: Here are some opinions by Utahna Tassie as to how your experience with EFT can be enhanced. You will find some good pointers here.
- Magic buttons and no more fear of the hum-hum Monster: Gratitude to Mellisa Dormoy for giving us this straightforward EFT example. Her 5 year old son was afraid of a "hum-hum monster" before going to sleep and Mellisa resolved the whole problem in minutes by tapping on his "magic buttons." The importance of the story is NOT that a childhood fear is resolved, because that is rather routine with EFT. Rather, it is the long term effect that is possible if parents use EFT on their children this way every night. Doing so will collapse many of the fears and insecurities that tend to follow them into adulthood. The result is longer term freedom - a priceless gift.
- Wheelchair user finds unique way to calm down her Service Dog: Cyndy Clay is a wheelchair user and, like many such people, employs the use of a Service Dog. As it turns out, her Service Dog was particularly aggressive and needed to be calmed down at times. Note how Cyndy establishes EFT with her dog and is able to trigger it (and thus calm down her dog) by simply saying "tap, tap, tap."
- How Rebecca Gurland started with the EFT Personal Peace Procedure and wound up collapsing her major core issues: This article should be of major interest to those looking for ways to locate core issues. With diligence use of the EFT Personal Peace Procedure and some of our other techniques, Rebecca Gurland locates many traumatic issues and collapses them all. Very instructional.
- Golfer cuts strokes from golf game and forgets to smoke after 20 years: Here's a fabulous account by Stephen Ladd who helps his client improve his golf game and, as a side benefit, he quits smoking and substantially reduces his sugar intake. This humorous case will likely stick in your memory bank.
- EFT newcomer halts his friend’s intense fear of snakes and their hike continues: Often an intense phobic response to something like snakes, heights, bugs or water can be collapsed in minutes with EFT. All that is needed is a few rounds of the simple EFT Basic Recipe. Such was the case for Dennis Blackburn as he applied EFT to his friend's intense snake phobia. Note how the fear tended to subside even more after a few minutes went by. This delayed reaction is well known among seasoned EFT'ers.
