- Try fork bending with EFT: We have a lot more mind power than we tend to realize and bending metal with the aid of our minds is but one example. Utahna Tassie taught this procedure to a group and found that more people were successful at it once EFT was used on their limiting beliefs. Worthy of note here is that children had less difficulty than adults. Hmmm. Maybe they have fewer limiting beliefs.
- Thoughts on mental tapping and reframing: Rich Kelley gives us some useful circumstances in which to do mental tapping ... and ... describes a unique method to reframe past events within his own self-applied EFT session.
- Using EFT for clearing clutter and organizing your life: If you live with more disorganized clutter in your life than you might like, then you should find Figen Genco's use of EFT of interest. - Being persistent with a headache pays off after many seeming failures: When EFT doesn't appear to work, it is almost never because it failed to do the job. Rather, it is frequently because we haven't found the real issue. Gratitude to Linda Wood of the UK for diligently taking us through her many attempts to help with a man's intense headache. Near the end of her well written article she says, "Lessons in all this for me were, Persistence! When a pain goes down then spikes back up, a new and bigger piece is trying to get our attention. - Two minutes of EFT eliminates severe wisdom tooth pain so severe that painkillers did nothing.: This brief article by Marie Holliday from Spain highlights EFT's impressive use with pain.
