Thought for the Day: "Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything." Muhammad Ali
Today's Helpful Hint: Seasoned EFT'ers know that when an emotional issue isn't falling to zero or if it "comes back" that the culprits are often related items that weren't present when EFT was being originally applied. These are known as aspects and, generally speaking, take two forms: (1) one or more related events within the memory and (2) one or more other new emotions about the same event. Being able to recognize these and handle them appropriately is part of our "art of delivery" and, obviously, requires experience. It is one of those things that separates the experts from those that only do the mechanics.
