Using EFT for Trauma and Abuse
EFT's results for child abuse, as well as other forms of abuse, can be astonishing. In many cases the feelings of anger, fear or guilt can either vanish or be materially reduced within a few minutes of applying EFT. Also, repeated applications of EFT can eliminate these feelings for the longer term so they no longer re-appear on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
For those who don't achieve instant relief, EFT may still improve or resolve the problem. However, in these cases more sophisticated approaches are usually necessary. EFT is designed to address these emotional issues and, once properly applied, they can subside long term.
