Hi Gary,

A while ago you had an article about plantar fasciitis or something like it, whatever that is. It inspired me to try EFT on something to 'prove' whether EFT works.

I'd never done EFT on myself, but like many people have a few issues. One has been living with a variety of plantar warts. I'm 49 and I've suffered with these warts on my feet or hands since I
was 7.

I have, over time, tried every type of remedy from homeopathic
to acupuncture, freezing with nitrogen and even smallpox vaccines
directly into them. Did I mention banana skins, potato and lemon rubs?

How about years of salicylic acid put on daily?

One amateur 'dose' of EFT and guess what, when I next went to scrub the spot on my foot that had been hosting three painful little lumps, they were gone! Not even a scar! Its now been three months. There aren't any anywhere on my body.

The thing is that while I was doing EFT, I addressed the warts as
friends that I no longer needed or desired.

Thank you! Now I'm working on other issues.
