Hi Everyone,
Here's a useful approach from Karen Stock of Canada that can help us discover specific events. She says, "It is amazing how fast insights and memories surface that are connected to the issue/ condition/ pain." Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
Hugs, Gary
I am finding the following approach very useful. If you come across a persistent stubborn issue, condition or pain, start saying the following while you tap:
Even though I have this issue / condition / pain, I truly and fully forgive myself for somehow having being part of its creation.
Even though I have this issue / condition / pain, I forgive myself for somehow creating it.
Even though I have this issue / condition / pain but I don't know what the root cause of it is, I truly and fully forgive myself for somehow creating this issue / condition / pain.
It is amazing how fast insights and memories surface that are connected to the issue/ condition/ pain. In this way we are somehow letting our subconscious mind and bodies decide what they are ready to release and what we are ready to look at, at a deeper and more profound level, in order for the releasing and healing to take place.
Sometimes issues, conditions and pain can be multi-layered. If one session on an issue that surfaced did not fully release the condition then start to forgive yourself again for having created this issue / condition / pain. In this way one can systematically clear the layers away until the issue / condition and pain is gone.
Sincerely,
Karen Stock
