Quiet your mind with EFT so that you can sleep
Hi Everyone,
Cheryl Menard gives us a practical use of EFT for insomnia. Give it a try the next time your racing mind keeps you awake.
Hugs, Gary
I've often had trouble getting to sleep because my mind races from one thought to another. I decided to try the EFT Choices method to quell the racket. It's worked beautifully, so I'm sending this along in hopes it'll help a lot of others out there.
Even though I have all these thoughts banging around in my head, I choose to have a quiet, peaceful mind.
Even though my thoughts are going a million miles an hour, I choose to have a quiet, peaceful mind.
Even though I have so many thoughts they won't all fit in my head, I choose to have a quiet, peaceful mind.

The morning after I started this, I felt a little odd, there was something different, couldn't put my finger on it at first. Then it dawned on me - my mind was quiet! It was different for sure, and truly wonderful! I do this just before bed most nights, and teach it to my clients as well. I feel so much more at ease now.
Peace,
Cheryl
