Menstrual pains relieved with EFT

Hi Everyone,

Malcolm Ruddock from the UK gives us this brief account where severe menstrual pains vanish in moments. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Hi Gary,

I thank you for your suggestion to "Try EFT on everything". With this in mind, I went to a care home where I have been working, and a member of staff was sitting, clutching a hot water bottle to her stomach.

The previous week this same staff member had told me about her fear of needles that had prevented her from having necessary injections. She was due for a vital jab and wanted to overcome her fear.  One round of EFT cleared her fears and she was amazed. 

This week she had this stomach ache which was due to menstrual pains "That I always get so badly."   She rated her pain at 8 on the 0 -10 scale.  We tapped on her pain and it reduced to "All right" which, she reported as a 5.  We tapped again and it reduced to 0.   She was amazed, again. 

I had her tap 50 times on the middle finger nail point (Circulation and sex meridian) during each sequence.  

GC COMMENT: Malcolm's thought about tapping the middle finger nail point is a good one. However, I have found repeatedly that the normal EFT sequence also does the job for menstrual pains.
