Hi Gary,
I have been doing EFT for almost a year and am constantly amazed about what "comes up" as the tapping unfolds. This case is about getting rid of shingles in two days!
I have been an acupuncture physician for 25 years and have treated many people with Herpes Zoster (shingles). Many of my patients were in severe pain, and worse, were left with nerve damage and chronic sensitivity in the area of the rash (poet hepatic neuralgia).
One day, while getting out of the shower, I noticed a rash with blisters forming on the left side of my abdomen. I knew immediately what is was, but got a second opinion from my MD friend to reconfirm.
My negative emotions, of course, started to kick in. Suddenly I thought this would be a good opportunity to tap on my situation. So I did.
Even though I have this rash....
I let go of the blisters.
I let go of the redness.
I let go of the virus.
I let go of the fear.
At the end of the first day, the rash was contained. At the end of the second day the blisters were starting to dry up. On the third day there was only discoloration where the shingles had been.
If there was any doubt in my mind about the effectiveness of EFT, it was erased with this process!Thank you Gary. I am using this technique with all my patients.
