Skin eruption easily handled by EFT Novice

Barbara Taylor, an EFT newbie, tells this story about a routine use of EFT that created healing for a severe skin eruption.  The eruption had been there for over 6 months.

I am former longtime science teacher, and a complete novice to EFT. But I visited my eldest daughter a couple of weeks ago and when I asked her how her skin eruption was doing, she showed it to me, saying "Not good."

I must preface this story by saying that she has been worried that she had a skin cancer on her thigh for well over 6 months. She had been to a doctor, who dug around in this swelling with nodule, and extracted some tissue, but it had never healed, and had seemingly created more mass under the surface. It worried her. So I was emboldened to tell her about EFT, and she said, "Let's do it."

I sat there on the coffee table facing her on the couch, doing the tapping routine, framing a set-up, having her repeat the repetitions with me. It was all rather casual and non-dramatic.

The skin looked terrible, like an angry reddish-pearl about a quarter-inch across buried in the skin, and she had tried several times to pry it loose or dig it out. It looked sort of like a miniature "crowning" moment in childbirth. Later I went home and hoped for the best for her.

Midday, I had a voicemail message: "Mom, that thing came out last night about two hours after you left! I showered, toweled off, and it came clean away on the towel, and the surfaces are already drawing together!" Needless to say, she was amazed, her husband was amazed, and they are now both open to new experiences with EFT.

EFT is a powerful gift of grace. I hope I can get better at it.
