An 8 year old girl with an "itchy lump" in her throat: A simple use of EFT

Hi Everyone,

This brief example by Malcolm Ruddock from the UK shows just how easily EFT can work.

Hi Gary,

My 8 year old daughter ate some fruit before whe went to bed and, as I tucked her up, she said, Daddy, I have got an itchy lump in my mouth."  I said, "How itchy is it on a scale of 0 -10?" She said, "5".  I tapped on her shortcut points whilst saying "I'm a wonderful girl even though I have an itchy lump."   After one round I asked her how her itching was.  "She said, "Its gone but the lump is still there."   I repeated the process with "even thougjh I have a lump..."  At the end of the round I asked, "How is the lump?"   She said,  "Its gone!"   I did not know you could use that on physical things too."   (I had been using EFT to help relate better to her friends in school and that worked well.
