EFT CERTIFICATION PROCESS

If you have already been practicing EFT, you may be able to skip some of the steps and still be prepared for the exam. However, you may have learned variations or developed habits along the way that are not consistent with the official EFT instruction, so be prepared to set those aside during this process.

PURCHASE THE VIDEOS

EFT Foundational Level Exam
For this exam, you will need the EFT Foundational Library. If you purchased individual sets before we combined them into Libraries, you will need to have the following:

  • The EFT Course
  • Steps Toward becoming the Ultimate Therapist (now known as EFT-Beyond the Basics)
  • From EFT to the Palace of Possibilities

If you already own part of the material and need another set to complete it, please use this form. Please note that we are no longer producing these sets individually, but have them available as long as the current inventory lasts.

EFT Intermediate Level Exam
For this exam, you will need 1) the Borrowing Benefits videos from the EFT Intermediate Library, and 2) the EFT Intermediate Library Tutorials, available as a free download.

If you already own part of the material and need another set to complete it, please use this form. Please note that we are no longer producing these sets individually, but have them available as long as the current inventory lasts.

Be sure you have completed the EFT Foundational Level Certification before preparing to take the Intermediate Level Exam.

EFT Honors Level Exam
For this exam, you will need the EFT Honors Library. If you purchased individual sets before we combined them into Libraries, you will need to have the following:

  • Using EFT for Serious Diseases - Series 1 and 2
  • Mastering EFT

If you already own part of the material and need another set to complete it, please use this form. Please note that we are no longer producing these sets individually, but have them available as long as the current inventory lasts.

Be sure you have completed the EFT Intermediate Level Certification before preparing to take the Honors Level Exam.

Borrowing or Copying Videos
You could borrow the material from a friend or study from copies. However, as a certified practitioner, we would strongly recommend that you own an original set because it will provide a better example for your clients.

Using Older Videos on CD or Videotape
Please note that there have been some updates to the video material since the CD version, so be sure you are studying the videos from DVDs, not CDs or Videotapes. Also, be sure you have the latest version of The EFT Manual which can be downloaded for free on our website.

STUDY THE MATERIAL

How long will it take?
You will probably need to go through the material a few times so that you don't miss any of the concepts. On average, we anticipate the studying/practicing process will take 3-6 months before you are properly prepared for any exam.

PRACTICE EFT

Who should I use for clients?
You can do sessions on yourself, friends, family, co-workers or anyone else who is willing, so long as you are consistent with any country, state or other regulations.

When can I charge for my sessions?
Please note that there may be legal regulations or requirements in your state or country to charge for EFT sessions. You are advised to educate yourself on any such requirements before proceeding with a professional career as an EFT practitioner.

MEET THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

EFT Foundational Level
Practice your skills for a minimum of a year and do individual sessions with a minimum of 100 people before you purchase the Foundational Level exam.

EFT Intermediate Level
Practice your skills for a minimum of two years and do individual sessions with a minimum of 200 people before you purchase the Intermediate Level exam.

EFT Honors Level
Practice your skills for a minimum of three years and do individual sessions with a minimum of 300 people before you purchase the Honors Level exam.

Should I purchase it now or later?
Come back to the Certification section of our website and purchase the exam after you have studied all the material and completed the other requirements.

Once you purchase the exam, you will have 30 days in which to login and complete it. Please see Important Notes for more information on the exam itself.

Refund Policy
Once you purchase any exam there will be no refunds, credits or transfers. If your circumstances change dramatically, you may qualify for an extension, but please be absolutely sure that you are prepared and resolve all of your questions before purchasing the exam.

CREATE YOUR CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER LISTING

How do I do that?
Once you pass the Foundational Level Exam, you will be able to list your practice on our website for Certified Practitioners only. Instructions will be emailed to you as soon as you pass the exam. Please note that our Practitioner listings include some modest fees and there are additional requirements.

RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION

When do I have to renew?
Your certification will be valid for five years at which point it will be subject to renewal by another exam. Please see Important Notes for more detail.
