A Frequently Asked Question & Answer about EFT

Am I restricted by royalties, legal agreements, etc. regarding my use of EFT?

You are free to apply or teach EFT to anyone you please for any fee you choose. However, we reserve the right to rescind this privilege if we become aware that your application or teaching is inadequte, misleading or in any way objectionable. Along these lines any EFT oriented teaching or publication that you provide that deviates in any way from that provided in the EFT teaching materials (manual, DVDs)) must display prominently the following statement...

"This workshop/publication/etc. represents the views of the presenter(s) and not necessarily those of EFT, Gary Craig or emofree.com."

We are assuming you have complied with the rules and regulations of your country, state, local authorities or licensing boards regarding your use or teaching of EFT. If you have not, then please consult a qualified attorney and properly comply before applying or teaching EFT.

No royalties are necessary. You may play the videos for anyone you choose--even for an entire workshop audience. You are encouraged to invite friends & colleagues to watch and study the videos with you. You may loan the DVDs out and pass them around. In short, the whole philosophy behind EFT is to spread the word in an ethical manner.

And...let me add the obvious. The responsibility for how you use EFT, and its results, are yours to bear. I can take no responsibility--or bear any liability--for your actions.
