A Frequently Asked Question & Answer about EFT

What is the best way to learn EFT?

Teaching EFT is something like being a swimming instructor wherein some students only want to float while others aim for the Olympics. With these variations in mind, many folks have asked me to compare and contrast the main learning options so that appropriate choices can be made. Sooo....here goes.

Option #1: If you just want the basics then get your Free Get Started Package. This includes a free download of our popular EFT Manual (79+ pages--gives you all the basics) ... AND ... a free subscritpion to our EFT Insights newsletter. For perspective, if our full-scale video training allows Olympic achievements, then these introductory materials, by comparison, limit you to a back yard swimming pool. Despite the limitations of these introductory materials, however, many people have used this level of learning for impressive results. Others have issues that require more than the basics.

Option #2: If you want to save time and dive right in then get our affordable EFT DVDs that take you step by step through the EFT process. Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or a health professional, you can learn EFT at whatever level you choose and can do so at your own pace. Further, you do not need a university degree nor professional training to become an EFT expert. These thorough DVDs and your diligence will take you as far as you wish to go. Also, you can instant replay your DVDs to assure a complete understanding.

Option #3: Learn from a workshop. Be choosy here because workshops are several times as expensive per hour of instruction as your DVDs. Further, no live workshop can be as thorough as the DVDs. While workshops have a "hands on" advantage, you should combine them with a solid understanding of our DVDs. Otherwise, your understanding will be condensed and incomplete.
