Borrowing benefits brings a welcome side effect
Hi Everyone,
Detlev Tesch from Germany introduces his sister to our Borrowing Benefits DVDs and then notices an unexpected side effect.
Hugs, Gary
Dear Gary,
A few months ago I went to Greece for a short vacation, visiting my sister who lives there. I had my Borrowing Benefits DVDs with me because I wanted her to experience this magnificent tool.
So after a few days we both did some tapping while watching the first DVD. Not surprising to me, my sister was very impressed by the results. Now, there is one thing I need to mention - some years before she had a bad accident while inline skating down a steep road. She fell and seriously crushed the bones in one of her wrists. Interestingly, she did not tap for this issue during the Borrowing Benefits DVDs.
Since the time of the accident she always had anxiety driving down steep roads, no matter what vehicle. On the way from her place to the next big city, the freeway takes a fairly steep decline AND a bend. Driving there made her feel tight in her chest and throat and she had to slow down considerably to about 60 km/hour (35 mph) as well as keep to the far right of the road.
The next time my sister and I went to the city she drove down that part of the road, easily driving 100 to 120 km/hour (60 – 70 mph) AND overtaking another car at the same time. No anxiety, no tightness. Instead, a big smile … some giggles and a "WOW this stuff is great.”
Well, that may not seem as much as a surprise to one who knows what EFT can do. BUT the thing is, she never tapped on that issue! She told me so that same day, but it did not register with me right away - maybe I had not expected anything like that at the time. In fact I only realized what happened when we talked about it on the phone a few weeks later. That let my jaw drop and it was my turn to say "Wow!"
Ha! That's the kind of side effects I like. Hope I'll see a lot more of those.
Hugs,
Detlev
