I am Sergio Lizarraga, from Mexico.  I have been studying and practicing EFT for the last 6 months. I also have your DVDs which are great and well worth the time watching them.

I want to share an interesting experience I had with my wife and her fear of reading in public.  She participates in our church as a reader.  She started doing it about one month ago, but we noticed that when she is in front of the people and starts reading, her voice does not sound as it normally does, and she reads faster than normal.

Last night we talked about it and she let me know during the conversation about the 3 aspects she was facing with it.  First was her fear of being in front of people (rated as a level of intensity of 8 on a scale of 0 to 10).  Next was her emotion while reading the bible (Rated as a 9 out of 10).  Then was her getting nervous when reading anything in front of people, and losing her voice (Rated as a 10 out of 10).  We did several rounds of EFT for each aspect, getting to 0 for each.

After finishing the rounds, she tested herself by reading aloud a passage of the bible in front of me.  Before EFT, her voice would be trembling and weak.  Now it sounds clear and nice!  The real test was when she read in front of the people!!!  No problem whatsoever. She has now been reading before the church for several weeks with a strong voice and is completely calm and relaxed in doing so.
