Miguel's Poem

Miguel Vazquez, a soft spoken, gentle Vietnam Veteran appeared with me on one of our Using EFT for Serious Diseases DVD sets | . His great power and compassion permeated the entire audience as he displayed his non-violent message within our successful session for his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We met again over a year later and he presented me with this touching poem. Immerse yourself in it as it moves you from tears to love.

 

Emotional Freedom

My heart was drowning
In a billion tears
That never reached
My eyes

My futile attempts at happiness
Became nothing more
Than a familiar disguise

Memories of pain
Then and now
I wanted to be free
But didn't know how

Of glorious god who is all forgiving
Send me light
If I'm to go on living

By the grace of god
I was finally set free
