According to the Mayo Clinic website ... "Cystitis is an inflammation or infection of the urinary bladder. When caused by germs, cystitis is called a bacterial urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can be painful and annoying. A UTI such as cystitis can become a serious health problem if the infection spreads to your kidneys." The medical approach uses various drugs to treat this symptom but Elaine Oliver from Australia applied EFT to it and the problem disappeared in 15 minutes. I just wanted to tell you about one of my EFT successes. I am a Kinesiologist in Sydney, Australia and have been using EFT for a few years. As with most people I am amazed at its simplicity and success. This particular one amazed me with the speed in which we obtained a great result.

I had a client with reoccurring cystitis. She has had it many times over the last 5 years. She was in agony and dreaded every time she had to go to the toilet when I met with her. We had a quick chat about her health and what was going on in her life when this started happening which was not long after a relationship break up occurred. We tapped.

Even though I have this painful cystitis…

Even though I still have some pain and urinate too frequently…

On the third round we tapped and looked at the metaphysical aspects of cystitis, the fear of letting go. This rang very true to my client. We used the Louise Hay affirmation for this "I am comfortable and easily release the old and welcome the new in my life. I am safe."

She then went to the toilet without any pain whatsoever and was astonished by this. I have since spoken to her and she is back to normal and so far has not had another bout of it. A urine test at the doctors has shown she is now clear. This took all of 15 minutes from start to finish!
