Emotional Freedom TechniquesWhere emotional relief brings physical health
Self help method often works where nothing else will No Drugs Involved ~ High Success Rate
Using EFT for Depression,
Including Teen Depression & Clinical Depression
"Using EFT, I have successfully treated fears, phobias, depression, trauma, and addictions. It's effects are rapid, dramatic, and deep." Fred P. Gallo, Ph.D. - Editor, Energy Psychology in Psychotherapy
Depression responds well to EFT. In most cases the depressed feelings vanish or are materially reduced within a few minutes of applying it. No drugs involved. Also, repeated applications of EFT often eliminate these feelings permanently so that they no longer re-appear on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. To learn the basics of EFT, please download our free 79 page EFT Manual.
For those who don't achieve instant relief, EFT is still likely to improve or completely resolve the problem. However, in these cases more sophisticated approaches are usually necessary.
