Introducing...the only Official EFT Certification in the world, now available directly from the source. The primary goal in developing this program is to emphasize EFT video instruction as the standard, and to bring more consistency back to the instruction and practice of EFT.

By obtaining this Certification on any level, you will be granted preferred status in the eyes of approximately 10,000 prospective clients who visit our practitioner listings every month. NOTE: EFT Certification is not the only consideration for listing your practice on the EFT website. There are fees and other requirements, so please refer to the practitioner section for more information.

The exams will be based largely on comprehensive Study Guides designed for each level of training. These Study Guides are a valuable tool for anyone learning EFT, and are available as a free download for anyone to use. (see link below)

At this point, only the Foundational Level Exam has been released. It is a prerequisite for the others and will require a significant amount of preparation, even for experienced practitioners. The others will be released in the near future.

Exam Credit for previous credentials

With the introduction of the EFT Certification Program, it has become necessary to discontinue all previous EFT credentials. This is because those programs were either administered inconsistently or became obsolete. For those who feel genuinely disadvantaged by this policy, we are providing credit for the full price ($300) of the EFT Foundational Level Exam (EFTCert-I). Here are the details:

  1. Offer Expires January 1, 2010. Your registration for the EFT Foundational Level Exam must be submitted on or before that date.
  2. Offer applies to anyone who qualifies under 4 below and who genuinely feels disadvantaged by our policies. Note that not everyone feels disadvantaged. Many support our policy changes as healthy and necessary and thus may not choose to apply for this credit.
  3. If you feel disadvantaged, sign up for the EFT Foundational Level Exam as would anyone else, including paying the $300 fee.
  4. Within 2 weeks of your registration date, mail us a refund request with a copy of at least one valid, dated certificate evidencing your previous credential as EFT-CC, EFT-ADV, EFT Workshop Level 1, 2, or 3 or any EFT Certifications awarded to you by anyone else before June 6, 2008 (the date we first announced the new Certification and indicated that the previous credentials were outdated). Send the certificate to: EFT, PO Box 269, Coulterville, CA 95311.
  5. Within 30 days of receipt of the above we will refund your $300.
  6. If you fail the EFT Foundational Level Exam, you will be given another opportunity to re-take it within 30 days. If you fail the second try, then you may re-apply under the normal rules but the $300 fee from that point forward will not be refunded.
  7. Those who have already paid for the EFT Foundational Level Exam before 6/20/2009 and qualify as above can also send us your old certificate (as in 4 above) for a refund.

Note: In the absence of an Official EFT Certification, many individuals and organizations have been willing to satisfy the demand for credentials by providing their own certificates, including EFT-CC, EFT-ADV and Workshop Levels 1, 2, 3. Even though none of these credentials have been issued or backed by EFT, they will all still be valid, but will eventually fade in importance as the new EFT Certification gains recognition.
